This notice covers information submitted through the Nurevelle website when a clinic requests a product walkthrough or founding access. The public website is not a patient service and must not be used to submit patient, treatment or medical information.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and clinic details you provide, including your name, business email, clinic name, phone number, website, location count and enquiry message.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough, assess pilot suitability and improve the Nurevelle offering. We do not sell enquiry information.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and developing our services. Where consent is required for direct marketing, we will ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.

Who receives information

We use contracted providers for website hosting, database storage, business email and related technical services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law. Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where this happens, we use an appropriate transfer safeguard required by UK data protection law.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored with contracted cloud service providers. We normally retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for a contract, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
